Tonight I have worked on a completely unrelated sketch to the autumn in Paris theme just because i felt like it!  I have so many ideas for paintings and all of this sketching is steering me along a path that has many side tracks.  Once I have exhausted my need to sketch I will prioritise.  I do intend to  complete several paintings before the end of the year and I have so much that excites me that I have to jump from one to the other before settling into one.  Tonight's sketch is from the Musee d'Orsay where I was drawn to several groups - it was the composition that I really liked, and the fact that they were not looking at the camera but engaged in conversation.
