Sunday and a full morning out selecting plants for the garden and having breakfast out!  Back in the studio this afternoon and added a body to my dog's face from yesterday.  I have lots of material for my animals with teeth and so more on the agenda for next week.  I have also researched ducks and discovered more about their characteristics.  The duck that I thought could be a goose is indeed a relative of the goose.  It looks like a muscovy duck and was at 'The Watermill' on our way to Cornwall in 2013.  I am thinking that that particular duck will be the main character for my book.  I spend a great deal of time researching and pouring over ideas but it all adds to the pleasure of the task and contributes to the authenticity of the final product.
