The beginnings of a little calf ready to play!  I am enjoying this series of studies because they are so different from my 'Paris people'.  Apart from the different subject matter I am using watercolour instead of acrylic on canvas.  I think I consistently try to keep my work free.  I have to stop myself from becoming too fussy because deep down I like bold, vibrant and dramatic!  I like my work to have feeling, emotion and passion - that is the intent anyway!
