Well, I gave my private class today and my student decided to stick with coloured pencil sketches rather than watercolour and so my samples are on hold until next time.  He has borrowed my pencils and pens and gone away ready to experiment some more.  We worked alongside one another with me demonstrating techniques along the way.  I continued my sketch after the lesson with alternate pencils adding contrast and detail and finally added ink lines.  Next week I will return to my Paris study painting, which was put on hold whilst I prepared for the art class.  I have plenty of prepared material and so I am freed up for a while.  I will, of course just add a little more to this before I am totally satisfied.
