An early morning start!  I have already cycled 25km and am in the studio by 7.13a.m.  I am just about to make a coffee before returning to some watercolour illustrations - material gathered from our 2013 European trip and also my 2015 trip.  I am creating small works using a variety of techniques to use as demonstrations for art journaling classes.  I have two private students who want to create a visual arts journal of their  2017 trip to France and Italy.  For the sessions we will work from photographs in the studio, using pencils, aquarelle pencils, ink and watercolour so that they will be able to select their preferred medium and technique.  More ink will be added to the work along with some deeper tones to give depth.
