Final touches have been made to my last delicious dessert.  The fruit was so fresh and the pineapple still had the skin on it which meant that I had to dissect the tart but, my goodness, it was delicious!  I think it is finished but will check again tomorrow.  My next dessert is the one from Room of Roses in the Brisbane Arcade but more of that tomorrow.  Next week I will endeavour to mount and/or frame some of my favourites.
