The very early stages of my next Paris study.  In 2013 I captured the same location in the rain as I did in September 2015.  On the preferred Saint Louis is a bar/ brasserie - a place where we entered on the rainy day and warmed ourselves by drinking tea, coffee and eating freshly cooked crepes.  In 2015 I walked by but could not resist capturing the place again.  I particularly like the colours of the binds against the rich preferred blue from the building next door.  Perspective is always a challenge but I do like a challenge.  I would have preferred the figures to be bigger but if I were to do that I would lose some of the background building and that is the part that I like the most.  I also wanted to retain the hanging lamp to the left of the canvas.
