I am at that exciting part of painting - the very beginning!  I have lightly pencilled in the composition.  This subject was captured in September 2015 in the 6th arrondissement, Place Saint Sulpice.  I am drawn to groups of people with their dogs.  They were totally engrossed and that is always the best part for me - so natural!  I am going to stop now as a friend is dropping by the studio to purchase a cushion from our reproduction printed products.  We are now selling them off at reduced prices just to clear stocks.  It is always difficult to compete with the mass produced products that are available on the market.  Back to the current work, I will continue with this tomorrow as we have plans for this afternoon.  I will have one more 35cmX45cm canvas to complete and then I have plans for a long narrow canvas - more later!
