I have spent an afternoon session in the studio and you would hardly see any difference but Little by little it will evolve.  I am aiming for bold contrasts and bright, vibrant colour.  This technique is quite different from my more impressionistic style.  Having recently finished Beatrice, returning to the small Paris studies - different size/different technique, I need time to adjust and sometimes to overpaint to achieve what I really want.
