I ordered a book from Amazon recently and thought I would share it on my blog.  I have also ordered 'drawing buildings, but that has not arrived yet.  Seeing that i am including people in my paintings i thought that it would be interesting to see what other people do.  The book is geared towards those who like urban sketching and tends to be the style in which I approach my animal illustrations - fairly free and bold.  My Paris studies tend to have a fairly free approach too but in acrylics rather than ink and watercolour.  I believe that one is constantly learning, researching, practising and always seeking new challenges.  today i also researched some art workshops in Italy - maybe a thought for 2017!
