A short stint in the studio today!  I have blocked in the shadows and that allows the figures to be seen more clearly.  It is still only in the thin wash stage as i get the feel for what i want to do.  There are some bright accessories but i will add a few more to make the painting sing.  This will be the largest group of people I have ever painted and I am so looking forward to it.  I look for shapes initially, negative space and basic poses.  Essentially it is another Paris study but about three to four times longer than usual.  There is little perspective to worry about but what is there I am aware of.  I will return tomorrow!
