I am moving from cups to desserts!  My personal challenge is to illustrate my favourite desserts from around the world!  Sometimes I love the colour or design and, of course, it has to taste good too.  This sweet treat was consumed in Hoopers, Torquay, Devon in the UK.  I felt like eating a scone really but the appearance of this dessert changed my mind!  The store was a favourite of mine when I taught in Devon from 1989 to 1991 and so it holds happy memories too.  On this occasion I was with a very dear friend, an ex colleague, only last year October 2015!  So here it is!  This is the inked in stage with colour soon to follow!
