A dessert from Le Bon Choix again!  This time it is a Bombaleo; it is an orange jelly coating over a pale yellow mousse with a creamy tang filling on top of a praline base.  It is one of my favourite desserts from Le Bon Choix.  Here is a light pencil outline with ink to follow.
