Working in the studio today on designs for a commissioned logo so cannot share until all designs are finished and registered. I am working on several ideas for the client based on the shortlist of preliminary designs. I am using mainly watercolour with a little white gouache. The logo is for a finger lime company. It is very different work for me and forces me to work in a tighter and altogether cleaner fashion - I am normally a bit of a messy painter - paint all over my hands and the need to have a major clean up at the end of every session. So I think it is very good for me to have to deal with new challenges. More of this later. Below is an earlier work, making final adjustments to poppies & Iris - note the daub of paint on hand!
