Well here we are at the end of another day!  I have worked today on my gentleman from the Musee Rodin because I have been far from happy with him.  Ithink the colouring on his face is now improved and the background annoys me less.  I actually like it myself so that has to be a good sign. As well as bringing joy and satisfaction, the life of an artist certainly does impose frustrations and irritations!  But where would we be in life without daily challenges.  I do think that constant problem solving is what keeps our minds alert and engaged and so I should be well-satisfied!  Here is the new and, I think, improved Monsieur.  That is not to say I won't do a little more tomorrow on the frame's perspective which is a little out of whack.
