It's Friday afternoon once again.  After a morning shopping and having morning tea out I have still managed to practise Italian and do yet another shell sketch.   I intend to continue a sketch a day for a month and then I would really like to translate my sketches into fabric works, a media I have not used for many years.

Creative fabric collage was my second major many years ago, a strand of art that I pursued when living in Townsville.  I was a member of the Fibres and Fabrics Society, winning first place in one of their competitions.  Now that we have a studio it will be much easier to return to what can be quite a messy activity.
