An unexpected call this morning has meant that today we are looking after our grandson.  I thought that perhaps today might be difficult to fulfil my plan to complete a sketch but not so.  After a long morning bike ride and walk, followed by morning tea in Samford Village he was more than ready for an afternoon nap.  I have used my time well to make a pumpkin soup and to complete yet another shell study, this time in watercolour.  I still have plenty of work to do on my art journal but that will have to happen later today.
