I had a short session in the studio this morning and then a longer one in the afternoon.  Today was a shopping day and, whilst out I bought a sap green and an ultramarine blue plus a pale green as I was struggling to mix the colour that I was after.  I think I am now happier with the background and imagine that I should easily finish this painting over the weekend.
