This painting, 'Musee Rodin', has been surprisingly difficult.  The composition, being so basic, had little to offer in terms of line and shape and I guess I knew that but I really wanted to capture this typically French man on canvas and so I did.  I have learnt from this and, whilst emotion is at the heart of all I do, I will try to focus more on the merits of the composition in future.
